So, I'd like to try a product called Organic Root Stimulator which claims that Chinese Wild Yam can fight DHT. Chinese Wild Yam contains a chemical called diosgenin.

My first concern is whether its safe for a man to take anything that has estrogen in it? Second, will it help my hair grow?
