Can Castor Oil Be Absorbed After Microneedling?

I've read online that castor oil by itself cannot be absorbed unless aided by an agent such as DMSO, ethanol etc. However, if I were to apply castor oil directly after microneedling, would it not be absorbed into the scalp through all the tiny wounds? Has anyone tried this before?

What measures "better absorption" with such a weak topical like castor oil? What benefit to the follicle does such a protocol add? At best you get pge2 expression. Many members on the forum already do this. If it did anything, don't you think everyone would be doing such a simple treatment?
