Ok so i been struggling with a scalp itch the last 2 years. a problem that finasteride and dutasteride created for me. perhaps its an allergic reaction. maybe PGD2 related. who knows. but the only thing i found that really made a difference is benadryl (allergy relief). i have tried cetirizine and it just made the itch worse. so would it be a bad idea to attempt a benadryl topical? is it even worth it? would it do anything? i have heard people say they tried topical cetirizine, but like i said that stuff makes it worse. while benadryl didn't.
