Can Applying Onion Juice Regrow Hair That I Lost Due To Hats?

I feel like I'm in the very early stages of balding due to wearing a lot of hats.
I have started applying coconut oil to my scalp weekly.
Can onion juice help slightly slow down or maybe even prevent balding?
