Can anyone identify if this male pattern baldness (i.e is their miniaturization)?

Hey guys just visited a dermatologist for my hair loss and she took this picture with her dermascopy machine. She didn't really seem to know what she was talking about and simply said that it look like telogen effluvium, however, according to studies telogen effluvium is not really able to be diagnosed through a dermoscopy machine.
