I was wondering what type of hair loss this is? Also, currently what type of Norwood am I at?

Any suggestion on how to improve reduce my hair loss will be greatly appreciated.

For the Norwood you need to have your hair pulled back. But it looks like a n5 disuse pattern. This doesn’t mean you lost that much hair but your overall thinning is in the n5 pattern.

It’s male pattern baldness. I’m sorry. You are just having a difuseing pattern instead of a receding one.
