Of course. Will a drier dry? Thats like asking if an electric, or gas, clothing drier will dry a shirt faster than hanging it in a closet wet. Answer regarding time is: until it's dry/clear yet slightly tacky. You cannot use time as an absolute, since everyone's environment varies.

It gets clear anyway a lot faster than the 4 min waiting time. Like with 30--60 s already. I don't understand why I have to wait so long in addition, but that's what Prohairlab insists.

Precisely why I state time does not matter.... It's a guide, not a rule. The Carrier must fully evaporate for best bond.

It's better to wait a bit too long, than not long enough.
