On Mirror my hair is thick. On photos especially taken by selfie camera it is much thinner .. why?

My hair looks thick as f*** on camera but thin as f*** in the mirror. When I take a pic of my mirror my hair looks thick again. Like someone else said the worst one is probably the most realistic.
