Does the second of those sites require a prescription? If not, I would be highly doubtful as to their legitimacy. In the UK it is illegal for a pharmacy to sell you Propecia without a valid prescription. The first pharmacy you listed, Pharmacy2u, is a fully legal and regulated UK pharmacy which has an online doctor who can assess your case and provide you with a prescription for Propecia through an online process. The same can be done at Boots online pharmacy. Boots is slightly cheaper than Pharmacy2u for purchasing Propecia, so I would encourage you to take a look at their website.

Boots require consultation with your doctor.
Pharmacy4u can just send it you. That's why it is probably more. No prescription needed. That's cool!

Both Boots and Pharmacy2u require a prescription. Both pharmacies have an online doctor who can assess your case and provide you with a prescription for Propecia through an online process, without having to actually meet in person. You are, however, required to purchase your Propecia from the same pharmacy that issued you the online prescription (i.e. you're not allowed to use an online prescription issued by Boots to purchase Propecia from Pharmacy2u's website, or vice-versa). Boots is slightly cheaper than pharmacy2u. A supply of eighty-four 1mg Propecia tablets from Boots comes to about £90, plus a small cost for the actual prescription.

I bought it from Pharmacy because as I was going through the stages with Boots online it came to a page where it said I had to put my GP's address because they would contact them. So I went onto the Pharmacy site and bought it from there. Think it was wasn't that much more.
