This is a work in progress, i dont think i'm going to go with EVERYTHING here (As it's probably overkill, and will cost enough $)

Constructive opinions ONLY, please. What do you guys think? Please dont say crap like "LOLZ you only needs duta hahhaahha" I'd like a semi-serious discussion about all of this, which of these can be deemed as not being worth buying? From a Cost/benefit point of view?
Can there be adverse reactions from taking too many of these at once?

Why not give Revivogen a shot? Or have you?

There's a study that shows a 90% reduction in DHT levels (in reconstructed skin). That plus a small dose of finasteride should go a long way.

If not, Michael Barry tested some of these topically on body hair - you might want to check his posts. I think peppermint oil and some of the essential oils worked well.

I just need to know which ones i should eliminate (the ones that dont have a huge affect). Plus it's mostly internals so it wont be that big a b**ch. How about shampoo's? I.E putting green tea extract or peppermint oil or whatever in them...is that of any benefit?

I think a lot of those in that list could be useful.

You should do some research on those supplements and see if they interfere with certain pathways that lead to follicle death.

Otherwise you will get people telling you to only use the proven treatments while there are other things out there that could be helping you.

For example, anti-oxidants help to slow down the aging process and male pattern baldness is part of the aging process for many men. Therefore, using anti-oxidants such as green tea will probably be of some benefit and its effect will be enhanced when you use another anti-oxidant such as grape seed extract.

Some of those things may help. Adding one supplement at a time and seeing how your body reacts is a good idea.

People on this site will condemn it.

hey barca, im 21

started propecia around 7 months ago and ive dropped down to 0.25mg of finasteride due to sides, ive started to lose abit of density gradually but have many little hairs growing on my scalp (which i think are credit to propecia) . im about to start revivogen, give it a shot while ive still got my follicles... if they go, its minoxidil time.

good luck buddy.

You should probably try out the Curcumin/Resveratol combo first and see if you need to add anything else after a few weeks.

There is always a possibility it will not work for you, but, I'd stick with it for a few weeks. Applied topically, it's definitely helped me a lot but success is reported via ingestion as well.
