Hi Bryan
I remember reading something a little while back about some vitamins having TOO touch a coating and therefore leaving the vitamin to be eventually excreted before it is even absorbed.
Given how potent our stomach acids can be I found this hard to believe and was perhaps written by someone pushing a capsule brand of their product (can't remember)
Do you think there might be any truth to this? Especially when it concerns the extended release pills that appear to have the extra hard coating on each pill?
Thanks
