My dad has been a Norwood 3 like this guy for my entire life (26 yrs) he's only recently started losing more, he's 60 now. He would probably look bald as hell if he had a shaved head, he frauds his hairline with a middle part but you can see the part getting thinner nowadays.

My friend who is 37 he is developing a bald spot yet he wont treat it. Some men just dont care.

i can tell my dad is devastated over the state of his hair but he’s on topical min only and thinks finasteride is gay. if someone makes any statement about his hair he gets so offended and loves wearing a hat.

If his hairline is still good, I guess I can understand, it's not like he sees the back of his head everyday. I cut my own hair so I always see my crown every 2 to 3 weeks.
