Brucey and other Folligen users

My regimen seems to have hit a stall so I thought I'd add something else.

After all the good reports on folligen I decided to take the plunge and order from skinbiology.

I think I'm going to use folligen at night when I use spironolactone and keep the minoxidil to just AM. Is there a recommendation for applying spironolactone and folligen? I would think the spironolactone should go on first since its more liquid and the folligen lotion is what I ordered(the cream and spray were stated for use on areas with little to no hair)

I also ordered some emu oil just for the hell of it and also got the free sample of folligen shampoo/conditioner.

Any thoughts?

I use folligen lotion, 5% spironolactone, and emu oil. I apply folligen at night right before spironolactone, then I apply the emul oil. That works well for me. Your going to like the way emu oil feels but it makes you look like you dipped your head in a bucket of wesson oil. I only use it at night. I've read that the emu oil will help the other topicals penetrate better.

spironolactone

I have no experience in using spironolactone so I bow to others who do.

Good luck on that!

If you use the right amount it looks like you used hair gel :)
