Every single hair transplant result, always combed over to give the illusion of thicker hair, you can see at the back on the crown where he ran out of grafts. This isn't that impressive especially when they show the before and he is only NW3.

He does look 10x better. From what I know about FUE (from very limited research), about 6 - 8k?
But he's Brian Urlacher, surely he can afford it even if it were more than 8k.

Most men over 35 do not have the same hair they had at 21, even guys not suffering from full blown male pattern baldness. I don't think a juvenile hairline is the goal of most hair transplants. Most guys NW4+ would love to just have that hair. It may not be the lush hair we all dream of but at least there is decent coverage and "bald guy" does not immediately pop in your head when you see him. (Although now he looks like Peyton Manning)

He needs a better style slicked wavy back or Howie Long crew cut. This style looks sort of toupish.
Whether or not he should've gotten a hair transplant is debatable. What I do not understand is why he made himself the poster boy for hair restoration, going to the mainstream media and letting the entire world know that he had work done on his hair. How could he not have known that the media would've taken jabs at him and made fun of him for his previous lack of hair and undergoing such a procedure? How could he make himself so vulnerable to such cheap shots? I don't know, athletes do weird things when they retire. Like Michael Strahan advertising for Metamucil, thereby admitting that he suffers from constipation.

And Hairloss23's point is what I always bring up when I talk about the limitations of an hair transplant. He had 3800 grafts (a pretty big amount), his hair loss wasn't that extensive, and his hair still looks thin. There just isn't enough hair to go around.
