Breezula (clascoterone) vehicle, how to mix it?

I've decided to try CB-03-01, although the price is painstakingly high, but I only intend to use it in key areas such as the widow's peak. I'm a diffuse thinner with gyno from 5-ARIs and running out of antiandrogens.

I've heard that the cladcoterone molecule is hydrophobic and solutions with water won't be of use as vehicles.

How can I mix it for optimal results??

How did you get it? Are you in the US or Canada?

Hoping my insurance might cover it when it comes to Canada.
