Had been using minoxodil twice daily for 3 weeks and noticed my left breast was painful when light pressure is applied/touched. There is also a small lump under the nipple, now I cant tell for certain that the lump wasn't there before but the pain certainly wasn't. I have since seen that breast pain and gyno are rare side effects of minoxidil, I've stopped using it for the time being but will my body adjust if I keep using it or should I take the warning signs and stop to avoid further damage? Will the pain and lump subside now I've stopped or are they permanent?
