the pic is from a bit away.. how can you say with that one picture alone it is the best fue in the history of hair transplant? there are tonnes of excellent FUE results. His Norwood level was pretty low. At his age his hairloss probably won't accelerate all that much more. Also, he is in hollywood. Never trust pictures you see online, whether it is on IG or CNN etc.
