I've been lurking the forum for a while and searched around google quite a bit for suggestions and help to this question of mine. Unfortunately, any links that I had come up with had tied back to implanting grafts into a strip scar on the back of the head.
My question refers to a body scar that I have on my arm. I had received fraxel laser treatment twice which not only helps smooth the appearance of the scar, but helps stimulate collagen production and blood supply. I would think this would certainly help in the turnout success of any grafts that may potentially be planted into the scar, as one of the bigger concerns is the grafts not taking when being planted into a scar.

My questions:
- Does anyone have research they could point me to which speaks to implanting body grafts into a scar?
- Does anyone have suggestions on whom I should speak with in regards to having this procedure done? I do have a hair transplant doctor and have a background of two hair transplants.
- Expected cost of procedure assuming I would need anywhere from 40-100 grafts planted (higher end is to make up for any potential rejection and achieve a higher success rate of grafts that survive...plant 100 maybe 50 survive?
- Any pictures or direct examples of this being done that you could point me to?
