Blood Work Testing and Results

I am going to make some changes to my diet, exercise routine, and I am also going to add finasteride. I would like to test all me free t and dht levels before and after each change to see if there is a difference. I will post the results in this forum.

Do you know where I can get this done? Where/how do I get blood work like this done?

Testosterone
Estrogen
LH
FSH
Prolactin
SHBG

Thyroid profile (TSH, T3,T4, REVERSE T3)
Liver function test
Cortisiol

and DHT, obviously, if possible.
