Blood Test. 10 Years After Finasteride. Wtf Is Still Wrong. Help Me

Hello,
i took finasteride for 1 year, 10 years ago.

I lost my morning erection, lost my libido, more fat on my body.

Now i decide to try to solve this situation, i did some blood test and here are the results:

Albumin 4,7 g/dl [3,6 / 5,2]
Vitamin D 25,6 ng/ml [<30ng/ml ipovitaminosi]
FSH 1 iu/L [1,5 / 12,5]

prolactin11,8 ng/ml [4,0 / 15,2]
testosteron 6,71 ng/ml [3,3 /8,05]

Progesterone less than 0,1 ng/ml [0,2 / 1,4]

17 b estradiolo 37 ng/ml [7,6 / 42,6]

SHBG 26 NMOL/L [20 / 70]

as you can see progesterone is at 0!! fsh is under normal values and 17 estradiol is high.

what could i do? is this normal or not?

If your FSH is low this would suggest I think either that your pituitary is failing, or there is some extra hormone somewhere in your body that's suppressing the pituitary from producing FSH (eg. from some sort of hormone releasing tumor). Since you don't have any high hormones and you're not dead yet, it's probably not a tumor.

So then it looks like your pituitary is getting lazy for some reason but I don't know why. Have you seen an endocrinologist and asked them what they think about the low FSH?

nope i still didn't saw a doctor.
i did a seminogram and the result was not good but not even so bad
i have high blood pressure and some times i have high catecholamines
