Bleeding While Using Dermaroller 1 Mm

I use dermaroller 1 mm is it bad to bleed while using dermaroller?? Can that damage the scalp

No, bleeding is good. Not to the point where its flowing off your head but a few drops and light bleeding on the scalp is good

Yes I use a 1.5mm dermaroller once a week, hard so it bleeds a little all over, then use minoxidil once a day. Check below thread
