now ya'll dont owe me ****, i know i can count on you guys to be up front and brutally honest on whether i can pull off the shaved head look or not. my hairline might not be super high but i am a diffused thinner sitting on death's row dreading the day society finally notices im balding, if not already. my current regimen is minoxidil, finasteride, nizoral, biotin....might upgrade to dutasteride soon. is there hope for me to get laid and accepted in society or i am doomed to find a work from home job and never leave home without a hat?

My hair loss is diffused, which means when I buzz it down like this it is still undetectable. It's definitely not a permanent game plan because my hairline is receding pretty rapidly. I am quite curious about SMP....will look into it

Like I said, it looks better buzzed but the hairline is definitely receding. The scar u see is a scar I received from an mma 20150119_024327.jpgfight last year....I've been measuring how much my hairline receded from that scar

Looks really good man. Brave decision but you pull it off well and it really suits you. I am going to do the same soon but doubt it will look as good. Stick with it is my advice.

Thanks man. My situation sucks cuz I overcame obesity earlier in life and got in real good shape, developed a really Confident and even cocky attitude among my social group and work place. Unfortunately, being the cocky **** in the group does not pay off or garner much social support when you start losing hair, it actually makes people glad to see a chink in the armor

Maybe I'm missing something??... or maybe you've lined your hair up really well?... because I honestly can't see any noticeable recession there.

Do you have a naturally super-low hairline? Because we're all expert norwood spotters on this forum naturally enough, and I don't think anyone here would like twice at your shaved head and think you were balding, let alone the oblivious general public out there who have no clue about hair loss.

You have a great head shape and great skin colouring to pull off the shaved look anyway, so you've got no probs on that front, but if you do worry about your hairline then just get on Minoxdil and Finasteride and it any tiny amount of hairline lost, will more than likely grow back as you are still at a very early stage.

Such is life buddy. I was the same, overly confident and cocky until hair loss came along and knocked my ego for six. Not a bad thing to have your feet firmly planted on the ground. However, it would be nice not to have to worry about hair loss again.

I just hope I can pull of the shaved head and have the confidence to stick with it. Just think of the plus side, you don't have to do **** to your hair in the morning and it's so much easier to apply topicals etc. Definitely makes you look harder and more masculine to have a shaved head if you are lucky enough to pull it off successfully like yourself.

Nah, you look rad dude. Up until recently I thought I was just receding but then realized i was diffusing as well so i buzzed it to a #2. It's still kinda detectable. My hairline has receded a fair bit more than yours though. Considering buzzing shorter but not sure?

Freeflow I'm 25. I've been on finasteride for 2 years and minoxidil for 4 years. My hair loss is actually weird bcuz when I started thinning I could never relate to the standard Norwood scale and realized it's DUPA. Just thinning all over the head...less noticeable when buzzed I guess.

Sspotatoe yes I can relate to your hairline especially the top shot. If you aren't on finasteride hop on it, it'll def slow the hair loss down

I have one more weapon I am going to try....dutasteride. it's my last hope actually. Going to make the transition in a month or so. I would use RU but I don't want to mix chemicals and all that since we have to mix it ourselves

DUPA bro. Look at the spot right above my ear. Keep in mind I caught this early and I've been on minoxidil and finasteride since 21, and I'm 25
