This is the best shampoo I’ve found so far for every day use, along with Nizoral/Regenpure DR sprinkled in from time to time. Shampoo alone isn’t going to do much though.

i understand, but i'm currently using head and shoulders and from what i understand(could be wrong) it's not good for your hair?..So, basically just looking for a shampoo i should use..I'm getting nizoral shortly..>Do you use a conditioner/\?

Yes, I use the same Pura D’or professional conditioner aswell.

Head and Shoulders is good for hairloss, as long as you use the type that has zinc pyrithione.

I have found Nizoral to be very harsh on the scalp.... makes my hair look very thin

Hi. I use avalon organics biotin shampoo a couple of times a week. Seems fine. All natural ingredients. Not too expensive either.

Head and Shoulders is good for hairloss, as long as you use the type that has zinc pyrithione.

I use this shampoo and mix it with nizoral.
