Hi guys
I have been taking 2000mcg (2mg) of Biotin vitamin supplement as part of my regime to combat male pattern baldness, but after reading a extract on an article entitled 'What Biotin does for you' I am unsure whether to continue using it. Below is the extract :
'Biotin deficiency is not very common, but if a person is deficient in their biotin/vitamin H, the symptoms often include depression, fatigue, loss of appetite and either a dry scalp or possible hair loss. If biotin/vitamin H is taken in excess, the most common of the biotin side effects will usually include male pattern baldness'
My question is taking a Biotin supplement making my male pattern baldness speed up than actually slowing it down ?
