What does the biopsy report mean when it says:? "This lesion appears to have been narrowly removed in the plane of sections examined. Step sections have been examined" ? Does this mean that the mole was not removed enough? Or does it mean that it was just taken without much of a safety margin? And does the narrowness refer to the width of what was removed or the depth?
