Big Three 3rd Week - Early Shedding?

So as the title says. I've Been on BIG3 (Nizoral 2%, minoxidil once a day, finasteride 0,5mg ED) for three weeks and noticed that I can pull much more hair from my crown area than before. What would that mean?

Initial shedding which is a good sign

BTW is 1ml minoxidil every evening enough? I don't want want to over accentuate my already existing genetic dark circles around eyes.
