Big hair transplant + Shitload Of Toppik = Working Cure?

For those who have for example of NW5, if you do a big hair transplant (4-5K grafts) and cover your scalp with a shitload of Toppik, is this some type of working cure till something really good comes along?

Put the most grafts/density of front and the rest of the graftst behind it so oyu can fill it up like this:

Probably a lot of people do it like this, but i can't find before/after pics with Toppik+hair transplant . If anybody could share pics that would great.

I think most of the hair transplant pics are with toppik or at least presented in the best angle/lightning conditions..

You can also transplant beard and body hair to the crown and apply SMP to the whole of the scalp (including donor hair), plus you can take grafts just above and below the 'safe donor area' to get more grafts.

With SMP you don't need hair fibers.

8000 grafts is more than enough for Norwood 5.
