Big 3 Progress (3 Month finasteride 4 Month Min)

Have been on the big 3 for 7 months now. How is my progress? I think i've mainly maintained with increased hair quality. I've recently added dermarolling to hopefully get any regrowth on my hairline/temples.

once a week 1.5mm

im using 1.5mm once a week as well. iv only been using it for 4 weeks though
