It seems like she knots the remaining hair in some way together to get a "full" look. Of course the guy in the video is having quite amount of hair...
Thats tricky because in the end of the video there are these before / afterwards pictures.
Before all his hairs were combed to the front, afterwards to the back. Just this gives you the effect of having no bald spot.
If YOU just have this little spot without hairs, then hair fibres is the product for you
