you can throw Beta Sitosterol to the mix as well. But it's not as powerful as RU, Flutamide, spironolactone.

the best -

RU 58841!

it probably is the best yes but the problem is it's expensive and untested :(

Isn't it?

So... is it Flutamide followed by S5? And are we counting Nizoral/Ketaconazole in this? Where would that come?

If Ketaconazole isn't better then why is it one of the "big 3"? I guess it could also be cost or availability?

Ketaconazole is widely available.
It's believed to inhibit the pathway that leads to the characteristic miniaturization of hair follicles in androgenetic alopecia by inhibiting DHT and/or inhibiting the binding of DHT to AR.
It also has anti-inflammatory effect

RU 58841 is used by many people already with great results but it is expensive and hard to get.

When it comes to Flutamide, I would be careful with this drug.

Ah so really, if I ever want to give my nizoral and finasteride combo a kick... my next thoughts topically should be spironolactone and minoxidil?

Thanks for the help though man, you seem to really know what you're talking about, and sorry about my ignorance on some things - I guess I'm still learning and finding out what works for me and stuff, tis all a bit new!

Yeah what you said is what I thought about beta-sitosterol, it seems pretty cool but not as effective in practice as Finasteride, at least not from what I've heard and seen.

I'll see how I do, and this thread is proving very interesting :)

Beta-sitosterol is not even near as effective as Finasteride but it's a nice add to a regime. Hair Signals contain beta-sitosterol with copper-peptide with is great for regrow and long term maintenance.

Yes, spironolactone works very well with finasteride;
minoxidil only if you want to regrow hair that you lost.

I have many sexual problems when using Flut. Topic (Genhair), it must have a very high absorption, In Brazil we have Gel Flutamide/Finasteride liposomes, where they do not have any absorption in the body

Really? I wonder why they're not seen as much elsewhere... are they good then?
