Best Topical, Azelaic Acid or spironolactone?

Which do you believe is the strongest and most effective topical for male pattern baldness between these two?

Also where would I buy both? I'd need them in cream form, something with no alcohol. Thanks!

There is no medical evidence that topical azelaic acid does anything for male pattern baldness, so between just those two substances, I'd pick topical spironolactone.

Also which of his products would you use, one of Dr Pickart's copper/tin peptide products or topical spironolactone? If I buy the spironolactone, where's the best place to get it ?
