I'm currently using spironolactone 5% once a day.
Anything else I could add to my regimen?
finasteride is out of the question (have tried it, suffered sides, did try to ride them out, and well yeah). Either way i'm not going to go for finasteride again.
Anything better than topical spironolactone? (it did seem to slow down the hairloss some)

Without finasteride you're going to need a multi-faceted regime hitting male pattern baldness from all different angles.

Firstly IF you have receding temples than you'll need minoxidil, if not, then it's not essential.

Secondly you'll need to add another topical AA to work with spironolactone. You could be adventurous and go far RU58841 that everybody raves about on here, apparently it's very effective, however users have reported sides....

If not you could add Revivogen, which is messy and oily but there is plenty of evidence on this forum that it does work and it is apparently 100% safe with no systematic sides.

wow i had no idea there were so many people getting sides from RU....i thought it's whole appeal against finasteride was that it had no sides.
