What is the best topical anti androgen for early signs of hair loss (diffuse thinning)? I was thinkin spironolactone but heard it doesnt really work. Maybe Copper peptides or azleaic acid? I also just got tea tree oil shampoo as well.

Revivogen (contains Azelaic Acid amongst other ingredients) has been seen to work for diffuse thinners.

RU maybe? If you can be bothered to order it at great expense and prepare a solution every day.

Don't think Copper Peptides will be strong enough on it's own.

Most doctors believe that Ketoconazole is underestimated when it comes to thinning hair and I agree, it's a proven AA if not very mild, it even caused me to shed at the hairline for a few weeks which was horrible but my hair came back thicker, it could be all in my head but I love the stuff.

Use it every 2-3 day. Make sure it's 2%.

I have been using keto 2% Mon, Wed, Fri with paul mitchell tea tree oil shampoo on the off days along with minoxidil applied once a night. Most of the itching inflammation is gone from when my shedding started about 2 years ago. If most of the male pattern baldness itch is gone could that mean im maintaining/regrowing with my current regime? And as far as Revivogen your referring to the bio cleansing shampoo right?

flutamide is very potent however, it is known to cause some strong sides.

I've even heard that it is the most overall effective treatment against male pattern baldness but the sides is what scares most away.
