Based in NYC, but I am willing to fly.
I have a guy who does my cut-ins for my front partial (I do everything else myself including coloring and cutting to template etc.). He is great. However I have trained him over the years - I am his only hair system client.
I will be transitioning from a front partial after 5 years to a full topper. I need a ONE TIME expert to:
a) shave my head
b) create a template for the full topper
c) do a cut-in for the new system on my head.
I will provide my own custom system, I will do the coloring beforehand. Just need this one time, after that it is easy because I will have the template etc. I just need help doing this for the first time as I transition from partial to full and do not want to f*ck it up.
I know there are many cut-in providers, including in and around the NYC area. I am not looking for a generic list of people who do this. I am looking for recommendations for the "best" who do this. Money is not a concern as this is one-time. Obviously the provider should we willing to work with third party systems, as most of them use proprietary systems since they can charge more.
