which is the best surgeon? Armani? Hasson and Wang? What about the best bang for the buck? Probably Erdogan in Turkey? Also, who would you think would be the doctor that would approve a mixed procedure, that means a narrow transplant on the front and a hair piece on the back? I would do it cause:
1) it is much cheaper than a full transplant
2) by coupling it with a hair piece on the back I can attain high densities.
3) I have only a hair piece now, and having a narrow hair transplant in the front would make the hair piece much easier to take care of, and would be basically unnoticeable. I posted about this option here:
4) In the future I can remove the hairpiece and extend the transplant if I want.
