So I've seen so much on this online and various people say different things, but generally which products are the ones most trust?

For Shampoo and conditioner (washing hair 2 twice a week and once conditioner) - I was looking at Redken AllSoft Duo and also Hanz de Fuko as a shampoo - just need to find some in leave conditioner for daily use too.

Anyone have any products they swear by?
