Best Hair Loss Treatment for a 21 yr old with Thinning and Receding?

hi all im new to this, i cant avoid it anymore i have to take action! i recently moved from the uk to nz, im only 21 and im receeding and thinning at the front this is destroying my confidence, back in the uk i tried regaine for a month but the move to nz got in the way. i would like to know the best treatment for my type of hair loss any advice is much appreciated. thanks Rob
