Best Hair Loss Solution? Help Needed!

Hi,

I have been looking around for hair loss solutions to treat my thinning hair. There's so much info and different products out there that it can be a bit overwhelming, but I've basically narrowed it down into the top 3 options below:

1. Propecia (Finastride)
2. Cosmetology Herbal treatment (Ayurveda based) - https://www.cosmetology.com.my
3. Rogaine (Minoxidil)

Anybody have any experience in using the 3 treatments above?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It all depends what stage of hair loss you have. Finasteride should stop hair loss from progressing by blocking the DHT that is responsible for hair loss and you might get some regrowth/thickening. Minoxidil is only used for regrowth and has no effect on stopping the progression of hair loss.

I'm having good results so far with minoxidil i started bout 6 or 7 weeks ago...It is helping to decrease my shedding hairs and helping to stimulate new growth--how thick that new growth will be is too soon to tell.
I am also using topical spironolactone/estrodial and Keto shampoo.
