best everyday shampoo

what would be the best day to day shampoo that would be helpful for your hair loss and wouldn't hurt it. I'm on nizoral for shampoo every three days and would appreciate any reccomendations for a day to day shampoo.

I'm just finishing up a bottle of Jason's Tea Tree Oil Shampoo that's OK for eveyday, is a good shampoo, and may helpful. Inexpensive. I think I got it at vitacost.com.

Something gentle and/or organic. I'm using Daniel Galvin Jnr organic shampoo at the moment. Phyto's range is good as well.

is it true that regular shampoos that contain sulfates can actually damage your hair or make your hair less healthy ?
