UPDATE- why did it change my original title? That's stupid. Should've just read "...to min and finasteride you can recommend?" No matter...

Do they exist? For medical reasons I can't do min or finasteride. In fact to the former, I can't do any vasodilators.

Nizoral has been a godsend. It really, really slowed my loss.

But yeah, can't do the other two of the trinity .

So, what do you suggest?

Dermarolling and all manner of essential oils have done jack diddly.

I was thinking of trying iRestore but need to save up the funds.

The only alternatives are the wig or the buzzcut.
Some guys are blessed with an incredible donor area and may be able to pull off a high hairline look after several procedures including one or two strip surgeries. It's doable if you don't mind a high hairline and poor density at the back. The case can be made.
But no finasteride=no maintenance
