Below Baseline After Almost 3 Years On finasteride + Min ?

I've been taking 1.25mg finasteride daily and applying 5% minoxidil twice a day (roughly) to my temples and within the first year or so I noticed a lot of regrowth - primarily in my temples.

However now it seems like my hair is back to where it started, if not worse? Should I consider changing my regime? Should I add dutasteride? Or increase my minoxidil applications to 3-4 times a day?

Is there any experienced fellas out there who can shed some light on this?

Edit: Nvm I just saw Telogen Effluvium pics and you look to hve maintained. Can't see any loss

I would just stick with it. I dont see what else would be better. I dont believe in the experimental treatments, but a topical receptor blocker like RU would be a great benefit for male pattern baldness treatments. I just dont believe RU is worth the risks.
Just keep using finasteride+minoxidil, and see how it goes in another year if it gets better or worse. I dont see much if any hair loss right now in your pictures though so you have plenty of time to see how it goes.
