Anyone aware of any studies that report this? If PFS is caused by permanent disruption of 5ar function, which seems to be the leading hypothesis given that PFS hormone profiles usually return to normal, then you would expect to see people with 5ar deficiency also suffering from brain fog, higher rates of depression, low energy, low libido, etc. Instead, every single bit of info I've read on the condition only mentions its effects on genital development. There aren't any behavioral traits associated with it that I can find.
