Here's the success story of a reddit user who had great success using topical min, oral dutasteride and a bit of ru. He was a NW5-6 and still made a great recovery. On top of that he claims no erection problems, only reduced ejaculate.

16 and 18 months

25 months

Full regimen:
  • 0.5 Dutasteride
  • Kirkland brand Minoxidil 5%, twice daily
  • weekly Nizoral shampoo 2% Ketoconazole
  • weekly microneedling using Dr. Pen A1, set to 1.5mm
  • RU58841 1ml 5% w/v (propylene glycol and ethanol carrier), once daily
  • T/GEL shampoo every shower, except Nizoral day
He is definitely a hyper responder, but look at the timeline, he needed almost 1.2 years to see significant changes and 2 years for a real cosmetic difference. This is important because a hyper responder doesn't necessarily mean a fast responder, most us are too impatient and change medication every 3-4 months which probably messes with the hair cycle.

Spectacular result. It is very difficult but you have to be patient and give drugs time to see their full potential.

It is certainly a far above average result but it does not fail to show the true potential of what we have today when used consistently over a reasonable period of time.

This guy Saw first gains in just 1-3 MONTHS. DEFINATELY A FAST RESPONDER AND HYPER. And he even said that he dont even think he needed dutasteride or RU. He even think about quitting RU but is afraid to lose gains. He added RU after like 6 months but still had gains before it. Minoxidill hyper RESPONDER for sure.
