Sup guyz,
i have started experiencing hair loss since i turned 18 on May 2005, didnt worried abt it much at the time, but now i have seen my hair had incredibly become thin, feel really shiite. So i made an appointment with the specialist and told me to use Proscar and Rogaine both together. But i decided to first use propecia and then Rogaine, because if i use both the same time i would know which one works and which doesnt. So yeah i have been using proscar for two months now without adding or using anything else to it, so far itchy scalp and still have hair falling out when i wash it. I am really desperate to reach the time when it will stop as soon as possible, so far got to result but will keep you guys in touch. And one other thing i buy the proscar 5 mg from chemist ware house in melbourne (30 tablets) last 4 months and costs 91$. :wink:

I didn't know you could get Proscar here in Australia? Specifically SA.

I pay $77pm for Propecia.

I have seen no benefit with Propecia on month 5. I wonder if Proscar would be any different (I doubt it). That being said though it seems a much cheaper alternative even if it doesn't work.

Which stockist in Melbourne sells them?

I think everyone here will tell you that 2 months is way to early to start accessing results from Finasteride. (or absolutely anything else!)

Stick with it for a minimum 1 year.
