Just bragging I guess. I just polished off my last pill in my 1 month supply, so now its time to go get it refilled. I know its way too early to tell but so far no side effects, and it could be my imagination but the miniaturized hairs around my receded hairline seem to be growing again. Heres hoping I guess. Anyways I took pics before I started finasteride and I can't wait for the 3 month comparison. Take care

not to burst your bubble, but you need to calm down - don't expect anything at the 3 month mark, or even the 6 month mark; get your mind on the one year train man, that's the only time you can actually expect to DEFINITELY see if it's working or not... just saying

I know this. I've researched the product for damn near 2 years before I started taking it. I know that improvement in 6 months is more common and a year even more so, but there are early responders to the drug. Which I did say that the growing miniatures may be my imagination, but I have no trace of side effects and thats not likely to change in 6 months to a year. Which is great.

I have been on propecia just over 2 months now, and the results are great thus far. I seem to be an early responder due to all the minatures on my crown.

My crown was completely smooth and i also have a receding hairline.
There hasn't been any change to my receding hairline from what i can see, but the crown is responding very well. Saw my doctor yesterday for the first time since he prescribed me the Propecia and he couldn't believe the amount of minatures all over my crown.

My Doctor said to keep doing what i'm doing and he can't wait to see me in 6 months time.
Here is what i take:
propecia 1mg ( i give scalp a light massage with fingertips for 5 -10 mins everytime)
minoxidil 5% 1ml x 2 a day
mens active multi vitamins 1 per day
biotin 300mcg 1 per day
zinc 1 per day
and Ginkgo 7500 plus 1 per day (for those who don't know, Ginkgo is very important for blood circulation to the head)

I have not had any side effects as yet which is good.
