I'm 21, male pattern baldness since 17. Need some advice on what to do. Quick backstory, started finasteride 1mg on 5th Feb this year. Had no sides, moved to duta a month later. Started duta officially on the 29th of March, no sides at all, its been 3 and a half months.
Basically my hairline hasn't moved i've been shedding an average amount of hairs, however the hairs that were miniaturised are still sitting on my temples in the same state. I havn't had the infamous itch though for three months which I assume is good. However I've been experiencing some inflammation (maybe its a pimple?) right on my hairline.
(not sure if it's related but worth mentioning the very first day I started finasteride, I actually had a scab form on my frontal hairline)
Also I've been using keta shampoo 2-3 times a week consistently since I started in feb.
