I started to eat Organic foods. Organic foods do not have synthetic preservatives, pesticides, and other ingredients that harm your body. I figured if I was poisoning myself a little each day with "normal" foods then some adverse effects could be cancer and other things all the way down to hair loss and beyond. I feel healthier today!
Ok, that's great you feel healthier, but what does this have to do with hair?
2. I started to wash my hair with Organic Shampoo. Holy cow! I researched some of the ingredients in common everyday shampoos. Seriously, you'd be surprised. Just "Google" some ingredients on normal shampoo and you'll discover ingredients that are not good for your hair and may promote hair loss!! I recommend using a shampoo with as many organic ingredients you can find. I use the one from this

Holy Cow batman, this whole thing seems like a ploy from that one website... which was it? OH.... getitback.us .
3. I use luke warm water to wash my hair. I read on the Internet that washing your hair with hot water weakens the root of the hair and it falls out or dies permanently. So I wash my hair first with cool water and then enjoy my shower with hot water. It’s kind of a pain but for my hair’s health I do it.
"read on the internet" "falls out dies permanently" "cool water" "hot water" "pain" "hair's health". Are you gullible?
4. I pat dry my hair. Until 33, I used to scrub my hair dry. Honestly, I abused my hair when drying it all those years but I guess I was younger then and my hair could take it but not anymore!
How do you know that scrubing your hair is damaging? Honestly? You abused you're hair as in past tense? Well how about now?
5. I take an organic probiotic. If you don't know what it is then research it. I buy mine from the same website above.
We don't care about things that prove meaningless. We want hair, not fu cking hope.
6. Exercise! My wife and I eat an early dinner and then we take a 15 to 30 minute walk with the kids everyday. It's better than nothing and it's done wonders for my family's relationship.
WOW EXCERSICE! WOW! WHAT THE FU CK DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH HAIR?
After 3 months of doing the above, I noticed fuzz growing back at my hairline. I'm 35 years old now, and my hairline is still returning. The fuzz grew into hair and my hairline is slowing going back to where it was. I betting that its not going to return to where it was when I was 18 years old but as long as my hair doesn't recede any further and returns as much as it can then I'm a happy man. I look at some old pictures and I know it still has a way to go.
Wow and with the drugs I'm taking, it's only taking months instead of years to regain fully dense hair. As opposed to you're "FUZZ", by the way, those fuzz hairs are probably miniaturizing hairs that eclipsed your eyes into thinking their not.
Like I said the above may not work for you, however, I believe it’s the best way to go if you are patient. The quickie restore programs and drugs are ultimately bad for your health. I believe what we do to our bodies has a direct impact. For example, some hair restore drug may restore your hair but it lowers your sex drive! Holy Cow! It's interesting to think those years of abusing your body with fatty foods, poisons, and other harmful things that result in effects like hair loss to cancer that it can be undone in a matter of weeks to months. Go the natural route and be patient for your body to heal. And when your body heals; your hair may also heal too! Good Luck!
I love how you start the paragraph out as "Like I said the above may not work for you", If it won't possibly work and is without evidence, you're damn sure it wont work.
"The quickie restore programs and drugs are ultimately bad for your health."
So what? If it restores our hair-lines it doesn't matter, you're whole argument is beside the point.
You know what, I'm tired of reading through this bull shiat.
