banged my head hard

Okay, I banged my head pretty hard on my right temple hairline where my hair is thinning/receding... this happened yesterday and there was a lump and it was painful. Fastfoward to today and the lump is down but the area has a mark and it is still sore....

THe question is, is it safe to apply the minoxidil to this area? or should i avoid it being that it is healing? Does the minoxidil affect anything, just wondering?

oh yeah and the area that i hit is still a little swollen.

I wouldn't worry about it and just continue with the treatment, if the skin is intact.
