Balding with no facial/body hair

It could be you have low testosterone. How long are you on finasteride? sides?

A lot of people out there can't even grow a beard and are cue balls.

I have no chest or back hair at all. I only grow a slight beard/mustache. I got pubes and leghair only. My best bro is like bigfoot he is so hairy and we have the same exact loss pattern.

Well that is pretty rare. You cant say in all cases, but most of the time I think body/facial hair is a pretty good indicator of male pattern baldness speed/severity for those susceptible. If DHT causes male secondary characteristics like body hair then it seems its some indicator of hair loss since it has a role in both.
