Balding/thinning At Just 16 Years Old???

I recently aged 16 years old and im really freaking out right now.
I have naturally thin hair noticed my crown looking kinda weird since last year of november. Last week I went to the doctors to see if anything was wrong with me and she said that my scalp was fine but I still doubt it. My family and I has thin hair but not balding or no one is bald. I dont see any hair falling but my scalp is noticable. Im so confused and i appriciate it if anyone can help me here and give me advice

And if you say no one is bald in your family and they have all thin hair than i would guess you start thinning at your crown. Take this kind of pictures every month and go with that progress of hairloss to an expert.

But my family doesn't have the thinnest hair to the point that their scalp is noticable
